The Sitetracker Marketing team is growing and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Operations professional to help define and build our marketing operations strategy. As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager on the
Demand Marketing team, you’ll be laser focused on driving operational excellence overseeing Sitetracker’s Mar Tech stack, optimizing the lead lifecycle process, and enabling the business with marketing performance insights. You’ll be responsible for leading, developing and managing methodology and key performance indicators for marketing operations including email performance and campaign performance. The role will gather and analyze reports and data to translate into best practices and enablement strategies that will optimize our marketing revenue engine.

The successful candidate will understand how the team achieves its growth objectives and how marketing technology and automation can accelerate that growth. If you have helped design, source, implement, integrate, test, and optimize marketing technology stacks in a B2B role, preferably for a technology company, we'd love to hear from you.

The Skill Set

  • Comprehensive experience working in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role preferred
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
  • Ability to escalate and communicate risks to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and platform requirements into marketing campaigns/MarTech logic
  • Experience with database hygiene and excellence such as segmentation and measurements
  • Understanding of concepts and system logic via a learning mindset
  • Strong communication skills and experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Self starter and experience working with remote teams

Within 60 Days, You'll:

  • Determine marketing technology and infrastructure requirements from a cross-functional team of stakeholders.
  • Review the team's current use of marketing technology, including Demandbase and Salesforce and identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Develop metrics methodology on marketing and campaign performance - source and influence. Includes operations for ABM, email nurtures, prospecting and retargeting, multitouch attribution, data visualization, customer journey mapping and funnel analysis, content management and lead management.
  • Serve as a Marketing Operations support for global and regional marketing programs. Go hands-on-keys to help the Demand Marketing team execute ABM programs, email marketing and retargeting campaigns, landing pages, reporting, visualization, and more.

Within 180 Days, You'll:

  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations on optimization campaign strategies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot challenges with lead flow from a systems and business process standpoint.
  • Compile reporting to communicate metrics and dashboards to help show progress of marketing programs.

Within 360 Days, You'll:

  • Monitor performance to ensure smooth, consistent operations.
  • Maintain and manage marketing stack vendor relationships and recommend upgrades as needed.
  • Continue to support the Demand Marketing team to optimize campaigns, Actively participate in strategic projects to help inform growth planning and operationalize select key initiatives.
