Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Campaign & Analytics Manager to join the Global Marketing Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) campaigns - from strategic planning with the Field Marketing Team to full reporting and analysis of campaign data to track progress of campaigns against annual marketing goals. You will closely collaborate with DAX Field Marketing to define campaign strategies, track email metrics, monitor campaign performance in SFDC via reports and dashboards and provide detailed analysis of campaigns built for the DAX market to optimize performance for that business unit.
Responsibilities

  • Act as key strategic partner to DAX Field Marketing to identify opportunities for improving marketing and sales conversion by increasing the return from all marketing activities, investigating areas for operational improvement and supporting sales enablement
  • Build reporting model for DAX Marketing ROI across all marketing channels, and own process for tracking and compliance, including, but not limited to the creation and maintenance of SFDC dashboards that summarize impact of Marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing during campaign creation process to help define end to end campaign goals based on historical marketing data and track progress against same goals
  • Establish a clear understanding of "inquiry to lead to customer" lifecycle, from digital and marketing automation platform (Eloqua) to lead processing, conversion and time to close (SFDC)
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing and sales to maximize the impact of diverse marketing campaigns and programs
  • Manage and execute marketing pipeline analysis and optimization; support integration work as needed
  • Communicate program performance per promotional channel and provide guidance back to Field Marketing team to help adjust marketing mix of programs on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Provide insights into Nuance customer base and available markets, supporting ABM strategies and more effective market segmentation for up-sell/cross-sell programs
  • Build out email metrics reports in Eloqua and present analysis to key stakeholders to show opportunities for strategy changes
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to develop ideal customer profile for DAX market
  • Build out and manage key market segments and target account/contact lists
  • Manage campaign calendar across all market segments
  • Collaborate with teams outside of marketing to improve systems and processes for more effective reporting and analytics. Teams include Digital Marketing, IT, Sales Operations, Legal and more.


Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Work Experience: 6 or more years in Program Management, Project Management & Data Analytics and Reporting roles
Required Skills:

  • Must be a critical thinker, with the ability to evaluate research results and formulate conclusions. Strong aptitude for reasoning/logical thinking. Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous marketing operations experience with B2B SAAS offerings
  • Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of the business, to understand and enhance marketing ROI
  • Demonstrate strong drive to achieve meaningful results; present solutions instead of problems, and persistently drive issues toward resolution
  • Convey information in verbal/written/non-verbal forms in a constructive, clear and concise manner, so that it is easily understood and appropriate to the audience
  • Must be a critical thinker, with the ability to evaluate research results and formulate conclusions. Strong aptitude for reasoning/logical thinking. Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of SFDC reporting, dashboard creation, Einstein reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Business Suite, with a focus on Excel


Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics or similar field
  • Familiarity with Power BI and CDP tools
  • Familiarity with Eloqua Reporting Tools and Dashboards
