Senior Marketo Operations Administrator

As the Senior Marketo Operations Administrator, you'll join a fast-paced efficient Marketing Operations team and help the team enable effective marketing at Seismic to meet and exceed goals by optimizing our tech stack, ensure high data quality and company-wide access to data to enable smarter decisions, and assist in marketing analysis and strategy. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the implementation and execution of cross-channel Marketo campaign operations and process
- Help to optimize tech stack integrations connected to Marketo and API call limits
- Help to optimize and manage Marketo global operations including lifecycle, scoring, global consent
- Implement nurture programs that target key persona segments; own the campaign development and execution across nurture channels (email, webinars, etc)
- Align marketing goals to Marketo technological requirements
- Identify key trends, provide accurate insights and make strategic recommendations on how to increase MQL conversion rates
- Improve data quality within the Marketo database, including continual audits, cleansing and enrichment, and minimizing duplicate data
What you'll bring to the team:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- High aptitude to learn and adopt new applications to generate results
- Experience with campaign creation, lead management, and contact lifecycles
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Salesforce power user
- Marketo certification
- 7+ years relevant experience
