Senior Marketing Manager
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Healthcare marketing team based in Dania Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter and will have a strong marketing background that leverages data and consumer insights to drive strategy, communication, and creative approach for Chewy Health. Leading and developing strategies and initiatives that support and grow our Chewy Health brand are some of the exciting things the position will encompass. Collaborating closely with our brand team, creative teams, PR, merchandising partners, product development teams and operations partners, you will be responsible for assessing opportunities, building strategies, developing programs, defining priorities, and creating the go-to-market plans that drive results. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking and measuring results of Chewy Health brand initiatives and campaigns to identify opportunities for growth, ensure strategies are working, measure for success, and adjust plans to deliver against growth agenda.
What You'll Do:
- Be a thought leader with a vision to set a foundation to build brand awareness for Chewy Health
- Lead development of marketing initiatives ‘end to end’ (including positioning, messaging, creative development, go to market plans, execution, measurement, marketing mix and reporting) that drive goals & key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Chewy brand marketing teams and channel owners (Email, Digital, Social, Content etc.) to drive customer acquisition at and retention at tradeshow events, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all channels
- Design and execute marketing frameworks, analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns
- Work closely with category managers and business leads to build out marketing plans based product development and annual goals
- Build processes to ensure smooth execution across functions within the Healthcare business unit and Chewy brand marketing
- Work with internal creative teams and external vendors to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years in marketing role at retail/e-commerce/CPG company
- B2B brand-building experience is highly preferred
- Experience in event management/tradeshows
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- A history of successfully working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Experience in developing strategic briefs for creative partners
- Ability to analyze and report on results, findings and adjust as necessary to maximize KPIs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude
- Ability to guide creative direction through clear, effective communication
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
- Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
- Passion for innovation, ever-changing digital landscape and life-long learning
- Position may require travel
