Your New Role...
Join the team that positions, markets, and messages the entire line-up of shows across TNT, TBS and TRUTV. This candidate must be an energetic, innovative thinker, detailed-oriented, efficient, collaborative with finely tuned project management skills and a passion for entertainment, logistics and marketing. This marketing manager will report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and is responsible for the managing of the GRP planning for the TNT, TBS and TRUTV campaigns. This will include overseeing the entire creative operation process by planning, tracking and ensuring delivery of all campaign assets such as on-air elements, off-air deliverables and flat/digital promotion assets. This role will determine network priorities, creative needs and manage the request processes, flight dates, and entry into the Creative Asset and Media tracking system for all campaigns. As part of this job function, this role could also manage TCM promotional assets across US Networks.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Manage GRP planning for TNets including making strategic recommendations for short and long-term planning
- Manage creative operation process
- Preparing the list of creative (spots and GFX, special elements)
- Mapping out versions for those assets
- Assigning house or CID numbers
- Setting parameters on those assets.
- Manage all aspects of the Creative Asset creation, delivery and media tracking entering campaign deliverables for all TNT-TBS-TRUTV Marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing team by coordinating specific aspects of marketing campaigns to ensure assets are delivering and being scheduled properly.
- Manage cross-network promotional elements requests
- Divise parameters for Athena planning for network priorities
- Work closely with the creative team to provide media house numbers and set restrictions for on air deliverables.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Building out grids that maps out creative campaign needs and deliverables
Qualifications & Experience...
- 5+ years operations, logistics, asset/data management experience and/or relevant internship experiences, ideally in a marketing, advertising or media environment
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, media studies or related field perferred
- Genuine passion for entertainment industry is a must! Highly motivated, proactive, 'can do' attitude, extremely well-organized, enthusiastic and ability to learn by on the job training
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for this highly collaborative position.
- Superior project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and many deliverables and assets.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be a self-started who anticipates the needs of the group/ external/ internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners on all aspects of creative.
- Flexibility with potentially non-traditional working hours given live nature of key television programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Potential flexibility in home/office hybrid work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Mac environments as well as MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
