Come join the QuickBooks Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth of QuickBooks Online through our valuable and influential network of accountants. In this role, you will help develop and initiate demand gen marketing strategies to help accountants understand the value of the QuickBooks ecosystem to deliver business results and revenue. You will work across the organization with internal partners like Sales, Product Management, Analytics, Research, and Finance as well as external agencies to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional to make a meaningful impact on the business by delivering significant value to the accountant community that we serve and the clients they serve. The ideal candidate will have a track record for developing and launching demand gen and nurture campaigns tailored to the buyer journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies and/or MBA a plus
  • 7+ years developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive and nurture leads in the sales pipeline
  • Experience developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Experience creating and executing marketing plans and managing external advertising agencies and internal partners
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to deliver strong results
  • Strong understanding of competitive strategies and capabilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to translate customer/partner insights and business strategies into great executionStrong qualitative and quantitative research and testing experience
  • Demonstrated ability in applying creative problem solving and analytical skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and to make recommendations that drive great outcomes
  • Proven success leading and influencing across diverse teams



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy to drive growth and sales of the QuickBooks Online through accountants who serve small businesses by leveraging key channels including online search, paid ads, retargeting, web, direct mail, email, sales, and events
  • Identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities; develops business cases and activation plans to support
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Partner teams to facilitate demand generation with target markets, messaging, positioning and content assets to help drive leads
  • Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research that deliver improved business outcomes
  • Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative business data and A/B in-market testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
  • Track campaign impact and analyze program results to report on ROID
  • Develop deep understanding of customer/partner pain points and needs and translate insights to influence product roadmap and identify opportunities to produce breakthrough marketing
  • Work closely with product management teams to identify and deliver new features and programs to maintain competitive superiority
  • Drive forecasting and pieces of the 1- to 3-year plan for which you are responsible
