Main Purpose
We're searching for a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Digital who is always curious to explore new marketing ideas and technology, bold in making impacts with clever brand messaging and tactics but always have the ROI on your mind. Someone who loves to understand and speak to the users to make sure the brand and messaging are on point. To be successful in this role, you'll lead and motivate teams to be accountable and proud of their work. You'll push boundaries while having the big pictures on your mind and make data driven decisions. And overall, you can see the big business picture but when needed, you can roll-on your sleeves to pick up the work. Marketing to you is more than just 4Ps. Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead the US marketing team and be responsible for setting our marketing plans, manage and grow a highly motivated team of 8, roll up your sleeves to deliver results and hit our key growth targets. You'll be instrumental in driving expansion and growth within the US market through marketing and establishing Indeed Flex as a leading brand in the staffing platform space.
Requirements

• Own US marketing growth and performance from strategy to delivery
• Develop a strategic and cohesive marketing strategy, balancing brand awareness and direct acquisition, to drive growth and business ROI
• Oversee and coach marketing managers in brand, performance (digital), and creative design to ensure the team is highly motivated and delivers on results
• Work closely with the strategy and data team to ensure we are making data-driven decisions and discovering opportunities for optimization
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure worker and client acquisitions and communications strategies are aligned
• Understand market and business challenges and set meaningful OKRs with the team quarterly
• Be one step ahead of the market trends and competitors, proactively identify business challenges and opportunities and problem-solve. Proactively engage in conversations with users and stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CMO/Stakeholders
• Build and promote the Indeed Flex as the employer of choice
• Collaborate with relevant Indeed stakeholders to ensure alignment in marketing and brand
• Responsible for the overall US marketing budget and performance
• Drive teams to optimize strategies, channels, and campaigns to improve KPIs and drive ROAS
• Attract and hire marketing talents to strengthen the team's expertise. Coach the managers to further develop and train everyone on the team
• Drive marketing excellence and performance in the team. Never settle for less and don't take mediocre work as standard
• Review team performance and structure to reflect business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• A full-stack 360 seasonal marketing leader with proven track records in hitting ambitious growth targets, improving marketing ROI and brand success
• Strong marketing budget management experience preferably with over a $5m annual budget.
• Experience in both brand and performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace/tech business
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and decision-making
• Data-driven, strong analytical and project management skills
• Proven record in building/growing a successful brand
• Experience in performance marketing and solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords
• Extensive experience in operating at a senior marketing level. Someone who can demonstrate the expertise of collaborating alongside a Senior Management Team when it comes to delivering a marketing strategy
• Experience in a high-growth business.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and excellent communications skills. Previous experience in growing a team
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
• You have failed and learned from unsuccessful marketing campaigns
