SUMMARY:
The Senior Marketing Content Writer is a versatile marketing professional who constantly challenges themselves to elevate the quality of their work. This person is adept at using information creatively and drawing on insight from third-party research and databases to write authentic, authoritative content. They've cultivated a curious mindset and are exceptional independent researchers who can transform complex information, as well as feedback from multiple stakeholders, into compelling copy.
The ideal candidate is someone who's comfortable asking questions, passionate about learning and eager to grow their writing skills alongside a talented writing and editorial team. This role also works closely with managers across the company to aid in developing effective marketing communications strategies spanning email, organic search, paid search and social media.
The Senior Marketing Content Writer also works cross-departmentally in support of the All Campus' own marketing and sales initiatives, which include case studies, blog articles, press releases and other sales collateral.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write and edit a broad range of marketing communications for existing and new university partners and All Campus, including website content, emails, career guides, SEO articles, PR initiatives, social media posts, and brochures.
  • Brainstorm ideas for article topics, messaging opportunities and marketing strategies.
  • Assist SEO team and marketing managers with keyword and messaging brainstorming as needed.
  • Assist in developing content strategy plans for new and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with partnership services and design teams to complete assignments effectively, efficiently and on deadline.
  • Interview faculty members and other subject matter experts to incorporate their perspectives in partners' marketing materials.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing communications/advertising, or a related field, or some combination of education and five years of professional writing experience.
  • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates aptitude in developing a variety of written content such as press releases, SEO blog articles, emails, social media posts, website pages and other marketing collateral.
  • Ability to seamlessly shift between different brand voices and styles.
  • Demonstrated research and interviewing skills and ability to apply research findings to adjust content messaging, as well as incorporate data into storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying long-term and short-term deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with partners and co-workers at all levels.
  • Desire to push their own creativity with marketing writing, while still adhering to partners' voice and style guidelines.


All Campus is currently a remote work culture, we plan to return to the office in a flexible format, when it is safe to do so.
