We are looking for a Senior Marketing Campaigns Specialist to help us run the development and implementation of compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns to create demand for new products and engage customers with the benefits of existing product solutions. This includes handling agency relationships, cross-collaboration with the North America marketing and sales teams, creating and editing content, developing campaign calendars, ensuring on-time execution and much more. This role will also lead all aspects of the Marketing Daily Management board and ensure all team members adhere to the creative development process. Overall, this role is responsible for growing and enhancing the Mammotome brand through multi-touch campaigns.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including project management, campaign development, content creation, content calendars, MAPSS approval process, channel execution, communication and results. Omni-channel campaigns might include digital content and advertising, social, print, direct mail, email, events, webinars, sponsorships, podcasts, etc.; orchestrate these campaigns in close coordination with Global and North America Marketing team members, external agencies and MarCom team.
  • Measure and report campaign metrics, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel.
  • Oversee project management for digital brand awareness strategies including digital advertising, association emails, and more.
  • Develop strategies for attracting and engaging different audiences and nurturing those relationships with purposeful content.
  • Oversee account-based marketing programs targeting key IDN accounts
  • Apply knowledge of marketing processes and technologies and identify and recommend new strategies to improve results.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, marketing communications or marketing program management required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management preferred.
  • Prior experience handling relationships with external agencies, vendors or business partners required.
  • Prior experience with a combination of digital and traditional Marketing channels required.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficient in AP style.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, i.e., healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, financial preferred.
  • This position is not required to live in the city/state of our primary office, however up to 10% travel may be required.
