Senior Associate, Marketing

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and creative team member to join JLL's marketing team in Houston, Texas. Primary responsibilities include strengthening the JLL brand both internally and externally through paid, earned and owned integrated marketing campaigns. While your main focus will be on the Houston market, you will be joining and partnering with the JLL Central Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate has the rare blend of strategic marketing acumen, strong communications and project management skills and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where creative and proactive solutions are celebrated and rewarded. Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Plan, produce and promote innovative marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels with the sole intent of elevating the JLL brand and reaching new and existing audiences.
• Adapt and repurpose content and collateral from our national marketing team and across all channels to drive audience engagement and strengthen the Houston region brand.
• Promote research content and position JLL and key stakeholders as thought-leaders in the industry and market.
• Develop marketing materials that echo JLL key messaging and overall strategies. Includes maintenance of existing firm collateral and development of new collateral as needed by the team.
• Partner with our local PR leads to develop innovative strategies and tactics across the Texas markets in conjunction with the marketing management, research and digital teams to create holistic integrated marketing plans.
• Create custom content to support JLL marketing and communications plan.
• Partner with our national marketing team to align on marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Feed and sustain a strong relationship with our local and national research and sales enablement team, brokers, managers and business leaders.
• Develop and manage communication plans for business service lines and key projects.
• Develop a strong internal brand for the JLL Houston region that promotes our values of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
• Collaborate with our business teams on strategies to promote our work, our people and our ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing team members on the strategy and production of programs, events and campaigns that support our marketing and communications plan.
• Act as content coach to business service line leaders.
• Establish, monitor, analyze and communicate metrics for all communication efforts.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients.
• Collaborate with JLL's local and national marketing teams to share best practices, new ideas and deliverables.
• Strictly adhere to workflow management and quality control methods required to produce quality work products.

Qualifications / skills:

• Polished and professional with outstanding communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
• A team player, who can navigate a highly matrixed organization while building solid relationships in order to get work done efficiently and accurately
• Ability to spearhead and execute on objectives with minimal oversight, a strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism and with appropriate timeliness
• Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Technologically savvy, with a hands-on approach to learning new digital solutions
• Solid experience collaborating with multiple diverse teams/individuals, initiating action, making impactful decisions, and accepting accountability and responsibility
• Passion for what you do and a drive to educate your stakeholders on the power of marketing
• Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite a plus, along with the ability to provide art direction on projects
• One to five years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communication, business or journalism preferred
