The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to support all reporting initiatives on the Demand Generation team. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating dashboards and data insights to improve marketing campaigns, ensuring continual optimization of program investments. The ideal candidate is organized and results driven with a strong attention to detail and passion for continuous learning of marketing funnel strategies. Success in this role also requires coordination with cross-functional partners across the Marketing, Business Intelligence and Data Science organizations. 


Location: We are open to this position being remote. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive insights to improve marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define funnel tracking and reporting requirements to support the build of complex marketing datasets
  • Train teams on the terminology, definitions and formulas used for key marketing performance metrics and support questions ongoing
  • Marketing performance metrics you will be held accountable for driving insights from include, but are not limited to MCL, MQL, SQL, SAL, Closed Won/Lost, MRR, LTV, CPA, CAC, monthly active users, and other metrics, as assigned
  • Ensure all marketing dashboards and reports are of highest quality and have been thoroughly validated for accuracy
  • Regularly communicate with the entire marketing team (demand gen, content and product marketing) by providing data-driven recommendations to help optimize marketing investments
  • Drive analysis and insights for leadership presentations that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance
  • Support the use of sophisticated analytic methodologies, scoring strategies and intent modeling to build a best-in-class marketing strategy

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a B2B marketing analytics role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data sets from various sources to define actionable insights for the business
  • Expert level experience with building complex datasets and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Data Studio
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Comfortable presenting to internal audiences in both written and verbal formats
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities while giving excellent attention to detail
  • Go Getter: you’re eager, resourceful, and constantly put your problem solving skills to the test
  • Tech Savvy: you utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for the tech industry, and want to be part of a high energy and passionate team about to make history
