The Position

Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing- Direct Practice

 

What We Need

The Kareo Solutions Marketer is a champion of discovering how to effectively communicate the value of Kareo’s products to ‘Direct Practice’ prospects and customers. To do this, you’ll spend a significant amount of time learning about our customers and prospects, (along with their daily challenges, desires, and the way they make buying decisions) so that you know them better than they know themselves. You are also comfortable with learning about our solutions at a deep level along with why and how they are better than competitive solutions. You are able to take these strategic insights and use them to creatively develop messaging and positioning that resonates with buyers.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide sales tools, resources, collateral, training, and other materials to empower them to be successful. Equally as important, you’ll support your marketing counterparts to develop GTM programs that create awareness, drive demand, and improve customer retention.

Your Area of Focus

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our buyers, and then turn that messaging into collateral, sales enablement materials, and campaigns
  • Partner with our product team to drive the messaging and positioning of respective features, products, and offering that impact our ‘Direct Practice’ (ICP- Ideal Client Profile)
  • Lead the Solutions Marketing Team composed of 2-3 Marketing Managers. 
  • Collect product user stories to be used across the organization in conjunction with Client Advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to develop automated onboarding and activation sequences.
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our customers, including the problems and desired outcomes for both buyer and user personas.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, optimize campaigns and programs accordingly, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; develop internal and external collateral and train them on how and when to use it.

 

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Marketing experience 5-6+ years of Solutions/Product Marketing experience
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and teams with direct reports
  • B2B SaaS Experience Preferred, Healthcare technology experience a plus
  • Ability to craft compelling positioning, thought leadership content, and a range of marketing assets including on-message product demos and sheets
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making, experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and people skills
  • Able to juggle multiple demands on your time and workload
  • Strong communication and writing skills, team player with ability to work across multiple business lines with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
