As the Senior Manager, Website and SEO,, you will manage a comprehensive web strategy for Eightfold's online properties. You will take a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day web-centric projects and optimization while also proposing new initiatives to drive greater brand and demand engagement. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and working closely with the web development, creative & branding, and content teams, you will ensure that Eighfold's digital properties are the best in the industry.Your success will be measured by growth and engagement.
Responsibilities

• Global website business growth strategy and execution
• Website conversion optimization and performance analysis
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementation
• Website design, UX, development, and ongoing management
• Web bot's conversation playbook development, management and optimization
• Global website A/B variate testing, and ongoing user experience optimization
• Future website personalization strategy development and execution
• International site strategy, cross-functional execution, and ongoing management
• Global website localization management
• Global SEO strategy, development and execution
• Web Development and SEO agency management
• Regular site performance reporting on a global scale
• Strong partnerships with entire marketing organization to ensure optimal user flow - from initial product education to conversion

Minimum Requirements

• Hands-on experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platform
• Strong technical knowledge of best practices for web design and web development methodologies
• Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and editing, and the ability to enforce consistent tone of voice and branding across all platforms
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into content and technical specifications
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and resolve them effectively with internal constituents and external vendors
• Experience enabling strong interdepartmental relationships and building consensus within a cross-departmental team
• Demonstrated time-management skills; ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks within a fast-paced business environment
• Stay on the cutting edge of development trends and innovative ways to improve engagement and performance of websites.
• Participate in Creative meetings to spur innovation and concept creation and provide innovative ways to improve designs by highlighting new functionalities
