The Position

Senior Manager, Product Marketing- Direct Practice

 

What We Need

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on Direct Practice Sales across our Go-to-Market organization. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented with good knowledge of marketing practices, exceptional communication, and superior writing skills. 



This newly-created role is a key resource on the Marketing team and is highly collaborative with Sales, Services, and the Product Management teams. The individual will demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, coaching, and simplifying concepts to drive learning and establish positive relationships with Revenue Organization members and Executive leadership. They will work cross-functionally with multiple partners - Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product - to continually discover and meet the objectives of a dynamic, growing business.

Your Area of Focus

  • Create sales material and curriculum that supports revenue-generating efforts across Net-New and Install/Base sales motions
  • Work with Sales and Success team members to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company with regard to product and industry knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments
  • Maintain comprehensive program and continuous delivery of content and tools
  • Build, communicate, and train on marketing initiatives that drive acquisition and retention
  • Create, manage, and ensure marketing collateral and content across internal teams
  • Participate or lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives 
  • Activate key announcements in the Sales channel, ensuring Sales and Customer Success teams are ready to maximize the impact of company news
  • Participate in or lead the development of marketing plans to enhance growth and assist in outreach/communications
  • Support the development of solution messaging for sales collateral, sales tools
  • Develop solution content and sales tools that address key areas within the prospect-to-customer lifecycle
  • Tackle strategic and tactical ad hoc marketing projects that arise from sales, product, and the executive team for both internal and external communications

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5-7 Years of experience in product marketing, program management, channel/partner marketing or former sales enablement professional. Preferably with B2B technology experience.
  • A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and working with cross-functional, executive-level decision-makers to uncover needs and resolve pressing business issues
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while adhering to high levels of accuracy and quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills and experience writing, editing, and presenting to multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales process including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, account management, and customer support
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Lessonly/LearnUpon (LMS) preferred
