Job Summary
This position will be responsible for stewarding the Comcast brand, supporting the development of Hispanic advertising campaigns that seek to build the brand and achieve both subscriber/revenue goals. Will support the execution of all brand and acquisition communications, as well as be responsible for delivering all materials needed to launch initiatives across all markets. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple high profile initiatives simultaneously.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Division marketing and Media teams to ensure strategic and executional excellence against regional marketing plans.
  • Work with advertising agency to ensure brand and acquisition campaigns launch on time with the following criteria: build brand love, accommodate all product offerings, align with messaging priorities, follow messaging and brand guidelines, legally compliant.
  • Ensure excellent advertising execution across all media (Digital, Social, TV, Radio, print, etc.)
  • Communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand-building and product positioning.
  • Work closely with brand, product and legal teams to ensure compliance of all communications.
  • Review creative for marketing communications department and divisions to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bicultural and Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to write in both English and Spanish and to deliver presentations in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of advertising or directly related experience.
  • Experience in the development of advertising campaigns and project management.
  • Digital and social media acumen.
  • Expertise of integrated campaign production (including social, digital, broadcast, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Preferably with some prior experience managing direct reports or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Cool, calm and collected demeanor under pressure.
