Highlights:
As the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you are the guiding voice for critical business decisions across the Enterprise business-to-business (B2B) segments. You empower senior leadership by leveraging our Microstrategy-based Business Intelligence (BI) environment and industry-leading data mining and data visualization tools to assess performances and segments across the organization. You excel at measuring the growth potential of client segments, associated sales channel performance, marketing programs and initiatives.
Using your in-depth understanding of the marketplace, you define key performance indicators (KPI), including penetration rates, churn, tier mix, sell-in and average revenue per client. You are passionate about collaborating with internal and external partners to monitor client and product growth in competitor overlap areas. You thrive in an office environment providing analytical consultation to inform the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across segments and travel occasionally to meet business objectives. You report to the Vice President of Segment Marketing for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Report on and analyze Enterprise client segment, sales channel and product performance metrics to evaluate the performance of current and prospective marketing programs.
- Provide accurate, high-quality reports by measuring the performance of sales channels, to include tracking KPIs related to channel effectiveness and opportunities to expand productivity.
- Improve reporting accuracy through the creation and maintenance of reporting and analysis of client and product growth performances by client segment, market and competitive areas.
- Enhance the effectiveness of large multi-channel marketing programs by measuring and tracking performances using sophisticated analytic approaches and techniques to estimate sales yield.
Required keys for success:
- Eight years of experience working within marketing, sales, business intelligence or a strategic planning function of a large organization with an established reputation for measuring business performance.
- Expert in marketing and sales channel principles, techniques and processes.
- Aptitude for analyzing business trends and performance measurements with a history of developing and distributing reporting on a regular cycle.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills when conveying complex data and intelligence.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large complex projects.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Proficient with data management, including dimensional hierarchies, matching algorithms, multi-dimensional analysis Think Cell and visualization tools such as Tableau.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, statistics or economics (required).
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
