Pall Life Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Optimization Senior Manager to optimize the performance of Pall's website and expand Pall's digital presence globally to generate more qualified leads, organic and paid traffic, engaged visitors, and eCommerce transactions. Adept at using all optimization tactics and platforms to accomplish these goals and very capable of collaborating with web development, web content, campaign, automation teams, and key marketing partners across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the global Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program for Pall Life Sciences with two direct reports and 7-figure revenue responsibility using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Adwords Pay-per-Click (PPC) as the primary tactics.
• Expand Pall's presence on additional paid digital channels such as Paid Social Media and 3rd party content syndication, develop the standard work for those channels, and offer the new capabilities to stakeholders.
• Analyze technology trends and identify new opportunities to help drive an enterprise level digital marketing optimization program.
• Partner with the Sales, Lead Qualification, and e-Commerce teams to increase the quality of traffic generated from SEM efforts.
• Create and optimize websites and landing pages for paid advertising campaigns.
• Use reporting to propose funnel optimizations and actionable insights across the website that will be useful both to marketing leadership and day-to-day partners.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing for a dynamic startup or high growth, sophisticated organization
• 3+ years current Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience
• Undergraduate degree, with an MBA (preferred)
• Proven experience at the Manager level, preferably handling SEO and PPC for a global brand.
• Standout colleague and people leader with the desire to lead, mentor and develop a robust and highly engaged team.
• Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), localization, and paid social media.
• Proficiency with AEM and Google Analytics (and other web analytics and digital advertising tools).
