Role Summary

onsemi is seeking a results-driven, strategic-minded professional to lead the Global Campaigns, Events, and Demand Generation Marketing team within the onsemi Global Demand Center. As Senior Manager, Global Campaigns, Events, and Demand Generation Marketing, you will be responsible for driving demand creation by defining a global campaign marketing strategy and efficiently deploying global team members, direct and indirect stakeholders, partners and agencies, and a marketing budget to accelerate the adoption of onsemi products and solutions in key markets. You will also visualize and implement the global events/trade show strategy, partnering with the onsemi regional marketing leaders to create memorable and value-added event experiences for our customers, partners, and employees.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with, and influence stakeholders across the business, including Corporate Marketing, onsemi Business Units, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and global distribution and channel partner organizations, as well as the onsemi executive team. This position will ideally be located Phoenix, AZ, but could be remote, and will report to the Head of the Global Demand Center.

This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. The team is passionate about data, storytelling, and winning customers' hearts and minds.   • Define and implement global demand-creation marketing strategy
    • In close coordination with the Business Unit leadership, architect global product and application demand-creation strategies and go-to-market campaigns that complement the corporate vision and drive revenue/business growth.
    • Define process to measure the impact of marketing programs and regularly report success to the corporate marketing and executive teams.
    • Proliferate strategies throughout internal and external stakeholders and align organizations around clearly defined objectives and measurable KPIs around lead capture, management, disposition, and conversion.
  • Deploy global event strategy and implementation roadmap
    • Visualize and implement the global events and trade show strategy in alignment with business units, sales, and the larger corporate marketing organization with a focus on creating memorable event experiences and customer engagement.
    • Constantly evaluate and track relevant events and trade shows for onsemi to attend and scale-up or scale-down our presence.
    • Work closely with the onsemi Brand and Communications team to consistently deliver on the onsemi brand promise and guidelines.
  • Define and own the content pipeline
    • In partnership with the business units and technical subject matter experts, define and own the overall content marketing strategy.
    • Create a robust, scalable pipeline of strong technical and marketing content that feeds the onsemi campaigns engine, enables us to gather leads, and drive customer/decision-maker engagement throughout their buying journey.
    • Provide guidance and direction on the most optimized content assets to complement the customer/buyer journey with a focus on measuring effectiveness and impact.
  • Vendor, partner, and budget management
    • Manage and partner with third-party vendors and agencies to successfully implement campaigns, events, and demand creation activities.
    • Own and manage budget for campaigns, events, vendors/agencies, including contracts, renewals, and work with the onsemi procurement to negotiate terms and pricing.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale agency and vendor engagement to effectively support the onsemi Corporate Marketing team.
  • Brand Presence and Adoption
    • Evangelize consistent use and adoption of the onsemi brand voice and tone.
    • Maintain and elevate the onsemi brand integrity and core values across external touchpoints.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or relevant discipline preferred.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry would be a plus, but not a mandate.
  • 10-12+ years Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Communication, or similar experience in the high-tech industry required.
    • B2B Marketing experience within the semiconductor industry will be a plus, but not a mandate.
  • Proven success with strategizing and executing B2B demand generation campaigns.
  • Expert in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to focus under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator including written and verbal communication.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and demonstrated success working with numerous stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
  • Ability to travel infrequently both domestically and internationally.
