Position Overview

As the Senior Manager, Global Campaign Development, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly talented and experienced campaign development managers that develop, deliver, and continually optimize customer-centric acquisition campaigns across the industries we serve. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver engaging omnichannel experiences for the target audiences and drive them to take action. You will also set campaign goals, track performance, identify and scale best practices, and partner closely with stakeholders to maintain an ongoing feedback loop for continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inclusive leadership for a newly formed team that inspires creativity and maximizes opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with audience insight and content strategy teams to ensure campaigns are built on a foundation of compelling customer-centric messaging and content
  • Oversee development and delivery of global and channel campaigns in alignment with business strategies and subscription and revenue goals
  • Ensure brand consistency and establish best practices for campaign development processes and deliverables including traffic drivers, landing pages, recommended media strategy, and other components for execution by the global demand generation and channel marketing teams
  • Identify and enable opportunities for customization and localization of campaigns to ensure performance in target regions
  • Partner with ecommerce team to continually optimize the path to purchase for our customers
  • Partner with the marketing operations and technology team to architect the technical setup of campaigns to support an omnichannel approach
  • Establish meaningful metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to improve efficiency and revenue generation
  • Leverage campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and partner with content, digital media, and audience insight teams to quickly implement and evaluate changes
  • Work with sales knowledge transfer team to ensure sales stakeholders are aware of campaigns in market and are properly equipped to capitalize on incoming demand
  • Drive a bi-directional feedback loop with global stakeholders to collect input for continuously improving campaign performance
  • Evaluate relationships with creative agencies and other external vendors with an eye for efficiency and best practices
  • Manage quarterly campaign development budget
  • Serve as the point person for global campaign development activity, collaborating closely with functional leaders in extended teams
  • Keep up to date on the latest marketing tactics and identify and test new ideas



Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing approaches as well as a track record of building campaigns for global execution
  • Experience developing and executing revenue-generating campaigns using a robust martech stack, including Marketo, AEM, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics to measure and optimize marketing programs
  • Track record of demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a variety of channels and formats
  • Experience working and influencing across multiple levels, functions, and regions
  • Experience in executing to tight budgets and timelines
  • Agency / vendor management experience
  • Experience working with B2B software and/or Saas based businesses
  • 8+ years marketing campaign experience with some team leadership experience



Preferred Qualifications

  • Channel knowledge and marketing experience
  • Exposure to one or more of the target segments (AEC, Design & Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment)
