An Insider's view of

How does your team reward individual success?

At each all hands, we have a tradition of setting aside time to share our "Gratefuls", where anyone can shine a light on someone else in the company, and being grateful for their help, contribution, or kind gestures.

Alyssa Patnode

Head of People & Culture

How does the company support your career growth?

There are resources, readings, trainings, a learning group where we ideate & craft experiences, and an allowance I use for a career coach. In my 1st week I was encouraged to sign up for a class. I also joined a book club with my manager & peers! Honeycomb is thoughtful & deliberate about leveling up our careers!

MJ Jayaraman

Engineering Manager

What are some social events your company does?

We do a biweekly AMA (Ask Me Anything) where folks volunteer to field questions from whole company via zoom/zoom chat. It's like speed dating, but at work. We get to get to know each in personal ways, despite being distributed across the globe.
