About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead our team responsible for increasing traffic, leads, pipeline, and revenue. We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role will lead our acquisition efforts as we continue to scale the business.
About You
The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will be responsible for generating pipeline for our sales team by bringing in new, high-quality leads across a wide variety of digital channels and ensuring they get a top-notch lifecycle marketing experience. This person will be extremely data-driven and will have a proven track record of using data to find and scale profitable acquisition channels.
This role reports to our Director, Demand Generation and is based in our Denver office.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
- You’ll oversee the global strategy and execution of all of our paid acquisition efforts, as well as the activation of our lifecycle marketing plans. You and your team will be responsible for continuing our growth!
- Make the most of a large paid acquisition budget to drive more traffic, high-quality leads, pipeline, and revenue through paid channels.
- Lead the relationship with our paid advertising agency and build and improve on our current approach for paid social and SEM.
- Use our library of content (eBooks, guides, webinars, tools, industry reports) to drive pipeline and new customers through our lifecycle email programs.
- Report on the performance of your team’s efforts so we know exactly what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best hit our goals. You’ll ensure we have detailed insight into all funnel metrics and the ROI across every acquisition channel.
- Partner with the marketing team to build out our integrated marketing plans, establish quarterly priorities, and track results.
We’re Excited About You Because You Have
- 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience in the SaaS space spanning email marketing, SEO, PPC, Social, Display, content syndication, programmatic and retargeting.
- A love of analytics and a proven track record of using data to find and scale profitable acquisition channels. You’re a marketing leader who loves spreadsheets!
- Experience using high-quality content to drive pipeline and new business through owned channels.
- A strong bias toward action and the ability to lead your team to become experts at rapidly testing and scaling acquisition channels.
- Experience with Marketing Technology tools and systems like Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce among others. Expert in Email Marketing, Analytics, Paid Marketing, Social Media, and Search Marketing.
- Experience managing complex projects, meeting deadlines and handling several projects at a time with a high attention to detail. We’re very serious about meeting our commitments!
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and the ability to coach and mentor other marketers, including your direct reports.
Minimum Salary: $122,000 + Equity + Benefits (See Below)
Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
