What You’ll Do:

  • Create, deliver, and measure our content marketing strategy across all appropriate channels while acting as a mentor to internal content creators.
  • Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and measurement.
  • Build and deliver creative, unique and scalable content marketing campaigns to connect with our current and potential users and customers.
  • Lead key stakeholders and internal content creators through the development of content planning and delegate projects and responsibilities to appropriate team members or external writers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our content strategy aligns with overall organizational goals.

You will:

  • Publish SEO optimized content identify opportunities through SEO researches
  • Ability to manage relationship with sales and product marketing team
  • Experience of tracking and reporting on marketing content campaigns
  • Experience launching and scaling new content strategies across the marketing funnel
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritize
  • Serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Purpose:

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Marketing, Senior Manager Content Marketing’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will…
    • Build and prioritize content roadmap based on audiences' needs and internal feedback from marketing, sales, and product
    • Define metrics to follow the impact of the content in terms of ARR
  • Within your third month, you will…
    • Be writing and managing different content types: articles, customer stories, landing pages, newsletter, social posts, ebooks, etc.
    • Streamlining content production workflow to be able to produce more content by keeping a high level of quality
    • Identifying new formats/ideas of content that will grow the content channel performances (videos, podcasts, interviews, etc)
  • Within your sixth month, you will…
    • Owning content strategy and production roadmap
    • Increasing the content production velocity
    • Managing content writers contractors for global audience
