Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Campaign Strategy is responsible for establishing short and long-term strategy for the pre-purchase campaign ecosystem and how it plays across multiple execution channels including Thought Leadership, ABSM, Global Volume Campaigns, eCommerce, and resellers. They will play a key role in helping drive the transition from discrete campaigns to omni-channel experiences that engage target audiences across their purchasing journey.

This leader will support delivery of a single holistic integrated marketing plan that is used as the execution blueprint for our demand generation organization and other stakeholders. They are also responsible identifying and scaling best practices across development and execution teams.

The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative and proven marketing leader with experience navigating and influencing stakeholders within complex global organizations. The ability to balance big picture vision with a strong attention to detail and a relentless drive for results will be critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing operations and demand generation leaders to develop audience-centric full customer lifecycle campaign strategy in support of move to omnichannel marketing
  • Translate business opportunities and audience insights into one holistic annual integrated marketing plan for the company
  • Guide approach for continuous evaluation, testing and optimization of pre-purchase campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and distill market trends to inform long-term integrated campaign strategy and identify ways to apply learnings and test new ideas
  • Ensure transparency and cross functional partnership and alignment with key stakeholders across Industry and Portfolio Marketing, Campaign Development, Global Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations



Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of all aspects of marketing, from strategy through planning, execution & optimization
  • Experience with omni-channel campaign planning in a global environment
  • Track record of demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong writing and communications skills across a variety of channels and formats
  • Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and geographic regions
  • Experience in executing to tight budgets and timelines
  • Familiarity working with B2B software or SaaS based businesses required
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with management experience preferred but not required
