Our AppExchange Partner Program helps independent software vendors (ISVs) and entrepreneurs build apps on the Salesforce Platform, market and sell apps on AppExchange and grow businesses with Premier partner technology and resources.

We are seeking an innovative and passionate AppExchange ISV Recruitment manager who shares our vision of bringing the power of our ecosystem to every Trailblazer around the world. Our team is responsible for attracting and enabling AppExchange partners delivering innovative solutions to our customers. As a part of the ISV Recruitment Team, we are looking for an experienced team member who will be responsible for delivering campaigns, marketing and operational excellence for AppExchange Recruitment across the AMER region. We aim to inspire, educate and convert entrepreneurs and founders, and established ISVs to build and grow their businesses on the Salesforce Platform.

This role will be focused on building awareness, driving demand, streamlining operational excellence, creating content and planning and executing campaigns and events to help achieve these goals. The successful candidate will bring new, innovative ideas to the table and will work closely with key stakeholders in every aspect of the business. Particularly, the successful candidate will actively engage with our ISV sales team to build brand awareness across entrepreneurs, startup and B2B SaaS communities and inspire prospective partners to engage with our teams and become a Salesforce ISV Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of lead and demand generation activities for recruiting new ISV partners
  • Execute all activities in the marketing plan, including events, marketing automation, nurture campaigns, account-based marketing, content creation, partner engagement programs, internal enablement, social media, industry campaigns and more
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to streamline lead routing and operational processes
  • Create and deliver visionary and compelling presentations and be confident presenting to internal and external audiences
  • Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on strategy, budget, effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and engaging appropriate partners
  • Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding
  • Develop new tools to automate or streamline marketing processes and think outside of the box
  • Collaborate with broader AppExchange team, including regular cadence with the partner sales teams, product marketing, communications and content teams, events team and direct marketing to create and roll out content and sales resources supporting our AppExchange Recruitment process



Required Skills/Experience:

  • University Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the B2B and technology industries, ISV and partner experience a plus
  • Experience creating and executing demand generation and awareness campaigns, planning and executing virtual and physical events, and initiating strategies around building awareness
  • Experience working with marketing agencies that specialize in digital marketing, content syndication and web development
  • Experience reporting on ROI of campaigns and marketing initiatives. Ability to try new, innovative ideas and pivot when needed
  • Excellent project and time management skills including tracking milestones and tasks with assigned teams and ability to spot and remove impediments that slow progress
  • Demonstrated leadership skills working closely with cross functional teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively facilitate internal meetings with clear understanding of deadlines and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure



Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with ISVs, partner programs, delivery and execution in cloud technology industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot
  • Experience managing programs and projects leveraging cloud technology
