The Challenge
- Launch the OneTrust ABM program, best practices, technology and internal knowledge that builds the foundation for a scalable program
- Manage and own the performance of multiple account-based acquisition and expansion campaigns, work with multiple stakeholders and deliver quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Own and supports creation of functional and offering objectives for team – pipeline, MQLs, OKRs - aligning with business goals and guidance from executive team
- Build and grow a diverse ABM team
- Present program performance and ROI to leadership
Your Mission
- Lead and develop a high impact, cross functional ABM program which will help shape the OneTrust demand generation strategy.
- Direct ownership of ABM demand generation, both inbound and outbound for multiple business lines or “offerings” including reporting and delivering on campaign KPIs and target metrics
- Develop an integrated program mix which takes an account-first approach to driving demand for the enterprise
- Understands buyers within strategic accounts – pain points, demographics, buyer group, technographics
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, event and digital marketing execution to ensure pipeline targets are met
- Oversight over ABM offering level marketing budget with deep understanding of CAC, CPMQL and marketing contribution to pipeline
- Ability to use market events to focus on cross-functional areas including messaging, campaigns, launches and net-new programs/initiatives
- Experience managing team in end-to-end campaign creation, planning and management
- Oversee concurrent multi-channel campaigns that cross numerous mediums including paid platforms, emails, webinars, sponsorships, virtual events and analyst engagements across multiple offering and provide guidance
- Prioritize resources and remove blockers with internal teams on content, web, regional marketing, events and design concepts that directly influence campaign development
- Ability to hire top talent and proven success in team building, day-to-day management, mentorship and coaching
Your Experience Includes
- BA/BS degree in business or marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred
- Experience launching ABM practice in a SaaS organization including technologies and tactics to meet and exceed pipeline targets
- Agile approach to marketing, campaign development and execution
- 7+ years SaaS marketing experience with relevant campaign or integrated marketing experience
- 5 years of direct management experience
- Hands on experience with key tooling (eloqua, SFDC, etc.)
- Experience running integrated ABM campaigns across multiple markets

- Experience managing a multi-layer aglie marketing team
- Examples presenting goals, OKRs and department performance to executives
- Navigate cross-functional goals and initiatives, appropriate resourcing and prioritization to drive business value
- Experience or familiarity with Monday.com or other planning tools
