Position Overview

Account based sales and marketing (ABSM) at Autodesk is a go-to-market strategy that coordinates personalized marketing, sales, and success efforts to land, expand, and retain target accounts. The Sr. Manager, ABSM Campaign Development will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continually optimizing customer-centric campaign experiences for our ABSM motions. This new leadership position will oversee a team of campaign development managers covering the key industries we operate in. They will be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver engaging omni-channel experiences for the key members of the customer buying center throughout their journey. They will also be responsible for setting campaign goals, identifying and scaling best practices, and partnering closely with stakeholder teams to maintain an ongoing feedback loop for continuous optimization.

The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative marketing leader with experience navigating and influencing stakeholders within complex global organizations. They should be very knowledgeable about the latest marketing strategies and tools to drive successful account-based marketing campaigns and have a proven track record running data-driven marketing programs that deliver revenue growth. They must be comfortable with ambiguity and with charting new paths and be readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics. The ability to balance the big picture with strong attention to detail and a relentless drive for results will be critical to success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inclusive leadership for newly formed team that inspires creativity and maximizes opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with audience insight and content strategy teams to ensure campaigns are built on a foundation of compelling customer-centric content.
  • Oversee development and delivery of ABSM campaigns in alignment with overall business strategies and identify and scale best practices
  • Ensure consistency across campaign development process and deliverables including traffic drivers, landing pages, recommended media strategy, and other components for execution by the global demand generation team
  • Partner with the marketing operations and technology team to architect the technical setup of the campaigns to support an omnichannel approach
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to improve efficiency and revenue generation. Leverage campaign performance data to identify content gaps and partner with content teams to fill
  • Work with sales knowledge transfer team to ensure tools are in place to enable follow up on demand originating from the campaigns
  • Drive a bi-directional feedback loop with global stakeholders to collect input for continuously improving campaign performance.
  • Evaluate relationships with creative agencies and other external vendors with an eye for efficiency and best practices
  • Manage quarterly campaign development budget
  • Serve as the point person for global ABSM campaign development activity, collaborating closely with functional leaders in extended teams



Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with account-based marketing and a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing approaches
  • Experience developing and executing revenue-generating campaigns using a robust martech stack, including Marketo, Outreach, AEM, LinkedIn, Consensus, and other tools
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics to measure and optimize marketing programs
  • Track record of demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills across a variety of channels and formats
  • Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions
  • Experience in executing to tight budgets and timelines
  • Experience working with B2B software and/or Saas based businesses required
  • 8+ years of experience in a related marketing role with some team leadership experience required
  • Exposure to one or more of the target segments (AEC, Design & Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment) is desirable
