Senior Field Marketing Manager - Healthcare Solutions
Summary:
The Senior Field Marketing Manager, Healthcare Solutions is responsible for developing and delivering an integrated demand generation strategy and execution plans for Nuance's healthcare documentation capture and clinical and revenue integrity lines of business. You will manage a field marketing team dedicated to planning and executing engaging campaigns and programs to drive marketing sourced pipeline and bookings and ultimately revenue.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategy, development, and execution for integrated demand generation and field marketing plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, ABM to strategic accounts, and virtual events to drive lead, pipeline, and revenue targets within the provider solutions line of business.
  • Work with your team to develop and optimize demand generation campaigns and programs that target strategic accounts and support marketing sourced pipeline and bookings goals
  • Analyze marketing performance and identifying areas of opportunity for improved collaboration, increased agility, optimized conversions, refined messaging, and refined campaign tactics
  • Regularly measure, optimize and report out on programs - track program status and empower the team to adjust in real-time.
  • Own the relationship with the aligned sales leaders and forge strong communication and processes between teams.
  • Partner with other Marketing teams in division including Digital Marketing and Solutions Marketing, as well as Product Management to maximize synergy and ROI across demand generation, awareness, thought leadership and product launch activities.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Define demand waterfall targets, pipeline contribution, budgets and campaign metrics. Continually monitor and measure campaigns to improve results, ROI, and achieve lead goals.
  • Keep pace with demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing trends and best practices; initiate pilots of emerging technologies and approaches for improving lead quality and volume.
  • Keep current on healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and key buyer needs and challenges.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Required Skills and Abilities:

  • At least ten (10) years related marketing experience.
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Previous Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship building, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Experience with campaign management or customer communication software is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MAT (Eloqua) a plus.
  • Creative thinker - Ability to try new things and think outside-the-box.
  • Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
