What do you get when you mix customer centric vision, strong organizational chops and attention to detail? Hopefully YOU, the newest Senior Email Marketing Manager to help translate Policygenius’ brand value into winning outbound campaigns!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, right- and left-brained whiz with the creativity and analytics skills to evolve our early funnel marketing across a variety of channels, including email, SMS and direct mail. Reporting into the VP of CRM, the Senior Email Marketing Manager will own program development and execution for our life insurance product lines and ensure that each connects with the customers both emotionally and rationally. You’ll be the magic behind customers who go from curious to engaged with Policygenius.

In this role, you will...

• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to expand customer lifetime value, including emails, SMS, direct mail and more.
• Bring a customer centric mindset to every project.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Operations teams to identify new opportunities for growth and develop new CRM programs that customers are excited about and that helps them take action and move through their customer journey.
• Effectively identify, size, and prioritize opportunities that drive impact based on behavior and product data.
• Improve CRM program performance and conversion rates through A/B testing and rapid innovation.
• Report out on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvements in new and existing lifecycle marketing programs.

We’d love to hear from you if…

• You have 5+ years experience creating email campaigns and organizing customer segments in an email/CRM platform.
• You have experience with email best practices, lifecycle marketing tools, email design and you are familiar with HTML/CSS.
• You are self-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and drive projects independently with little to no oversight across teams and tools.
• You excel at championing your vision and projects across competing priorities by collaborating and building relationships with others inside and outside your department.
• You have a strong attention to detail and stellar analytical skills.
