The Consumer Direct Marketing Team seeks to make sport and Nike essential to the daily lives of athletes* through relevant content-powered stories, services and shopping experiences across our NA sport marketplace. This means we obsess the consumer, their needs and behaviors, and we do so to power up and manage dynamic marketing programs that build our brand, daily in the path of the consumer.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for a senior marketing leader to lead our partner marketing team across the North America sport marketplace.

This role is responsible for the strategic direction and the activation of our brand, business and marketing strategies with our strategic accounts. This leader will partner with the Consumer Direct Marketing leadership team to recognize and serve consumers where they prefer to engage with Nike, amplify our Brand and extend relationships with athletes*, and to fully realize our unified marketplace vision. This leader will be a critical Brand and consumer steward, and guide significant marketing transformation as we further connect the marketplace and align our marketing strategies and investments around a more well-rounded view of the consumer.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing dynamic teams, enterprise transformation, and marketing excellence across the full funnel to strategically focus our account marketing programs to drive aligned consumer, Brand and marketplace goals.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As the senior leader of our Partner Marketing teams, you'll:

  • Shape the strategy and vision for the role partners will play in our marketing model, anchored in shared consumer priorities across owned (Direct) and partner (Marketplace) consumer touch points
  • Guide and lead teams across the partner portfolio to develop and implement marketing programs that contribute to our NA enterprise vision and plan and support partner priorities (i.e. stores traffic)
  • Represent the Nike Brand in front of senior marketing executives across each account leadership team and drive home the strategy and vision for partner marketing and the role of each account
  • Lead seasonal and always-on integrated marketing for our account partners to amplify the Brand, deepen consumer affinity, drive sell through of our products and assortments, and acquire new members into Nike Membership
  • Shape the vision for Connected Membership including relevant benefits and connected member comms
  • Partner with leaders and teams across Consumer Direct Marketing and with critical functions including Brand Creative, Marketing Operation and Consumer Data & Analytics to integrate partner marketing efforts into our broader offense
  • Grow and develop the marketing talent of the future with a balanced set of capabilities across Brand, channel, and retail excellence


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the senior leader across our partner portfolio, you'll report directly into the VP, Consumer Direct Marketing.

This is an enterprise leadership role and will require deep collaboration and partnership across the Nike matrix to our marketing offense within the One Nike Marketplace vision. Partners will include:

  • Nike Marketplace Business Leaders: Represent the Brand with an experienced and diverse set of business partners actively reshaping the marketplace.
  • Nike Direct Marketing: Align and orchestrate the partner offense with our Direct offense to drive enterprise value and growth.
  • Brand Creative: Partner with creative partners to power content at the pace of our consumer and marketplace, and amplify the brand through the lens of the partner digitally and physically through media, social, email, and stores marketing.
  • Brand Marketing: Align partner marketing strategies and investments against our consumer growth priorities and Brand goals.
  • Consumer Direct Science: Shape learning agendas and measurement plans with Nike and Partner teams.
  • Channel Marketing: Leverage successful programs and takeaways and extend with partners. Contribute test hypotheses and ideas to agile test pods.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize connected member moments and journeys.
  • City CDM: Share NA strategies with city marketplace leaders and drive cohesion in the marketplace in our key cities.



WHAT YOU BRING

10+ Years of experience with balanced skills of Brand, Retail and Digital marketing with deep curiosity for the consumer, the changing marketing and industry landscape, a passion for leading teams and driving transformation.
