Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing
About the role
The Senior Director of CRM and Lifecycle Management will report to the VP of Growth Marketing, and will be responsible for leading a team of lifecycle marketing and CRM operations managers to own the Chime Member relationship from acquisition through retention and reactivation.Â
You will have a strong data-driven marketing background and should have successfully developed, maintained, and optimized email, mobile and other marketing programs. You are a passionate lifecycle marketer and will know how to organize and coach a team to achieve aggressive growth at scale. Additionally, you will be an evangelist internally for customer-focused growth and personalization, helping to drive collaboration and key decisions to achieve our goals.
For Colorado based roles:Â In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $246,500 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits (see below). The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Build and grow an industry-leading Lifecycle and CRM marketing team that has testing and data at the heart of it.Â
- Responsible for overall management of CRM channels, including email and push marketing, as well as delivering on audience lifecycle management objectives
- Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels. Partner with marketing and product leadership to ensure we are organized to build the activation funnels, onboarding and engagement experiences, and reactivation strategies.Â
- KPI ownership around core business drivers, with strong management experience leading teams against online media objectives and executing marketing campaigns that are part of multi-channel marketing strategy that crosses teams and organizationsÂ
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of how different marketing channels complement one another in order to run effective cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive the highest efficienciesÂ
- Ability to lead cross-divisionally and manage resources in a hyper growth environment that is expanding rapidly into new verticals and markets
- Building world-class marketing automation systems, and establish CRM policies and processes to help optimization of campaigns across all customer touchpoints
- Driving conversion rates, retention and increasing customer lifetime value through acquisition, engagement & messaging strategies
To thrive in this role, you have
- Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of in-house marketing experience 7+ years of experience managing a high-performance marketing teamÂ
- Must have broad and deep experience in CRM marketing
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s Degree-level preferred
- Must have extensive experience leading in product/engineering-driven organizations
- Excels at evangelizing data-driven requirements, ideas and strategiesÂ
- Comfortable in fast moving, fluid environments; entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent presentation skills among peers and in executive situations
- Enjoys working on high-profile, industry-defining projects
