We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for a seasoned full-time Senior Director (Life Sciences Product Marketing) who will define and lead the positioning of AllStripes to our Life Sciences partners while creating, developing and executing the short- and long-term strategies to dramatically grow the business and accelerate treatments for people affected by rare disease.

What You’ll Do:

Content Development:

  • Develop compelling and persuasive foundational ‘story’ and value proposition(s)
  • Develop compelling customer-facing written and visual content, including product roadmaps, sell sheets/data sheets, and customer facing decks and sales collateral
  • Develop engaging content for all phases of the sales funnel to support penetration and conversion programs (i.e. webinars, digital, videos)

Go-to-Market:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing launch strategy and plan; ensuring launch readiness; and post-launch monitoring and reporting
  • Partner with product management to devise and execute “release” communication strategy, and provide market and data inputs to prioritize product roadmap investment
  • Be a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally; “train” and enable sales to “pitch” the product effectively and tell a distinctive story (insights, positioning, competitive differentiation)

Market Insights + Analysis:

  • Inform all aspects of go to market with primary and secondary market research; competitive landscape assessment; and industry analysis
  • Partner with product management to provide insights on customer adoption to inform new tools, investments and programs


Who You Are:

  • 8+ years in product marketing or a related role, with at least 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (or equivalent experience), in Healthcare/Life Sciences
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills, and comfortable presenting data and insights + ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • Exceptional team player with effective problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas
  • Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
