We’re looking for a marketing leader who is an ideal team player—humble, hungry, and people-smart—who will scale the impact of our team and product across a global market. 

You’ll be responsible for leading a fast-growing team focused on targeting the largest companies in the world through enterprise account-based and lifecycle marketing, establishing a global model for customer acquisition across every product line. Your primary focus? Continuing to support and build a scalable, predictable and repeatable process for generating enterprise business. 

Sales loves pipeline. You must love pipeline even more.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping mold the demand generation teams from 2 separate brands
  • Supervising and developing a team of amazing enterprise demand gen, account-based marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and partner marketing team members.
  • Building strong enterprise pipeline 
  • Ensure corresponding alignment w/ sales engagement for all ABM strategies
  • Driving customer growth through cross-sell and upsell campaigns
  • Working cross-functionally by building strong alignment with sales, corporate and product marketing, marketing operations, finance, inbound sales and more.
  • Aligning product release schedules w/ demand gen efforts
  • Creating, pitching, and executing creative enterprise demand gen campaigns to drive pipeline, revenue and awareness.
  • Managing budgets, allocating resources between channels, reporting on pipeline targets, and continually optimizing campaigns to increase ROI.
  • Experience with global demand generations specifically with EMEA and APAC
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the customer journey to drive impact across the entire funnel

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 10-15 years experience, preferably in SaaS and in demand gen marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Experience driving enterprise pipeline on a global scale  
  • Familiarity in managing distributed teams and agencies in multiple geographies
  • Advanced expertise in B2B digital marketing, ABM programs and marketing analytics
  • Winning track record scaling demand generation programs
  • Deep understanding of how to recruit top talent and build exceptional teams
  • Ability to build marketing programs that support sales engagement from C-Suite to Developers and other diverse B2B buyer personas
  • Strategic leadership with experience driving team alignment across marketing and sales teams on campaign objectives and KPIs
