Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Customer Loyalty Marketing, to lead a global team that creates impactful customer experiences. Your team builds and drives execution strategy for adoption, retention, and expansion campaigns, leveraging appropriate channels from "in product" and "in account" messaging to social media and direct contact. You will also focus on providing agile on-demand experiences to cohorts of customers and accounts looking for specific outcomes, delivering the right content at the right time.

You will partner closely with our Customer Success team in orchestrating digital and human customer touchpoints, and with Marketing Automation in building out first-party data and intent requirements. You will also be collaborating with the content and campaign development teams to create personalized experiences with the right content delivered at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a global team in driving successful adoption, retention and expansion campaigns that create impactful customer experiences
  • Orchestrating customer journeys between human and digital engagements
  • Driving A/B testing methodology in partnership with internal stakeholders to improve digital customer experiences
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing Operations and Industry & Portfolio Marketing teams
  • Adopting a data driven approach to decision making
  • Bringing curiosity and creativity to innovate and explore
  • Develop compelling, visual, story-based presentations to influence outcomes with senior executives
  • Analyzing what's working and what's not, and directing teams to maximize effectiveness



Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years' hands-on experience using Marketing and Sales automation platforms and CRM software (Marketo and SFDC preferred)
  • 10+ years' experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a SAAS environment)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent discipline
  • An analytic mindset and skills to measure performance
  • Extensive experience working closely with executive, business, and technical audiences
  • Subject matter expertise of modern digital marketing methods in a B2B environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships and partner across teams
