Summary

The Senior Digital Media Manager is responsible for setting the strategies and managing a team of Digital Marketing Analysts who define the market opportunities, marketing, and analysis/optimization of the organization's services and/ or products which may include consumer and market insights, digital marketing, advertising, and analytics. This role may be allocated to focus on a particular component of the marketing life cycle and or channel. This is Management level position which requires expert knowledge and little to no instruction.

General Responsibilities

Responsibilities are applicable based on the position focus/channel

  • Direct a team of internal/external specialists who:
  • Create and launch new paid media campaigns and/or channels as needed.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals.
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage a portfolio of large monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and provide investment recommendations.
  • Identify, communicate, and act on opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Ensure campaigns follow industry and internal best practices.
  • Drive innovation within campaigns and channels.
  • Report and present performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI.
  • Keep current with industry trends and leverage them to develop/test emerging concepts to improve the performance of their teams along with our results.
  • Develop a knowledge base, to leverage aggregate data to develop, implement and routinely update best practices for their respective area.
  • Create unique account management strategies that will exceed client and business objectives for entire function, location(s), or strategic clients.


General Qualifications

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI's; generating strategic media initiatives and successfully developing & implementing media plans.
  • Manager level position managing teams which requires expert experience in the following areas:
  • Experience with various ads platforms such as; SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 360 and strong working knowledge of Excel


Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages a team of internal/external Digital Marketing Analysts

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
