You will focus on crafting an intuitive flow for Pluralsight's digital experiences focusing on facilitating access to information. Your crystal-clear understanding of our users' needs will be validated in your cross-functional work with the Brand, Digital, Field and Sales teams. This role is important in looking for answers to global questions impacting information classification & hierarchy while prioritizing navigation and wayfinding.

What you'll own:

  • Builds, optimizes and maintains the information architecture for all Pluralsight websites and commerce experiences
  • Partners with the testing and optimization team to inform A/B tests, multi-variate tests, and additional user tests
  • Establishes relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels
  • Makes improvements based on market research, user data and team feedback
  • Support UX strategy by translating strategic opportunities to site flows and content mapping
  • Produce user flow diagrams that articulate complex user journeys across multiple web pages and touchpoints
  • Contribute to content organization and hierarchy to ensure that page narratives meet user needs and business goals
  • Make recommendations for site structure with SEO standard methodologies and implications in mind
  • Assist UX and Digital Marketing with navigation structure and taxonomy to discover solutions that best achieve business goals and user needs


Experience you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, information architecture, computer science, or a similar major is required
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Has experience as a digital product owner or strategist with a fast-paced growth company
  • Ideally, have led teams through a digital transformation or brand integration
