Responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing, and managing Digital & Channel marketing programs and campaigns across multiple and diverse platforms with the purpose of increasing sales and brand awareness in conjunction with the company’s core values. Leverages email, web, mobile, social media, search, and other technologies to ensure a comprehensive and effective digital mix. Analyzes customer behavior and digital metrics. Explores, innovates, and develops social data insights to leverage the power of social marketing to drive new customer acquisition and engagement opportunities. Works with brands online to support campaigns utilizing deep digital media expertise and awareness. Ensures alignment and integration of digital with other marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the strategy and execution of onsite marketing campaigns, including planning, building, QA, deployment, testing and reporting.
  • Serves as the single-threaded leader for digital/website mar-tech tools, including CMS, to deploy website updates across various web properties, plan campaigns and analyze performance.
  • Oversees audience segmentation strategies and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to customize messaging based on segment-specific insights to make programs highly relevant and effective in driving intended actions.
  • Establishes KPIs and partners with analytics stakeholders to configure reports and proactively monitor campaign success and business results.
  • Develops and analyzes onsite channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize activation strategy.
  • Manages reporting dashboards, synthesizes performance insights, and proactively communicates campaign success and business results to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, timely and consistent manner.
  • Conducts annual program review to assist in the development of onsite marketing strategies for the next fiscal year, including testing and enhancement plans and performs monthly check-in on these plans.
  • Develops working relationships with internal and external technical partners to help ensure digital tech enhancements are communicated.
  • Partners with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective and aligned participation on product development initiatives.
  • Taps secondary research sources and performs research to develop intelligence on target audiences, industry benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to derive insights and drive channel strategy.
  • Use a test and learn approach to optimize program effectiveness, leverage reporting and analytics to analyze onsite campaign performance to drive marketing creative and messaging efficacies.
  • Champions positive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Remain current and informed on industry trends, new offerings, and interactive technologies.

Skills

  • Understands the role of web as a part of the digital media mix – and how owned, paid and earned media fit together as part of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical writing experience is a plus.
  • Able to identify alignment/misalignment of team project goals with larger organizational strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Previous experience with audience/customer targeting and good understanding of segmentation logic.
  • Able to communicate technical and analytical information effectively to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
  • SQL, strong Excel and data modeling skills is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
  • Previous experience working in CMS tools, HTML experience a plus.
     

Education & Experience
 

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
