Senior Demand Generation Manager, ITSM

JOB DUTIES:
RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING THE GROWTH EXPANSION MARKETING STRATEGY FOR JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT. WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER MARKETING TEAMS, AS WELL AS SALES TEAMS AND OUTSIDE VENDORS TO PLAN, MANAGE AND MEASURE MARKETING PROGRAMS, INCLUDING BUDGET, COST, AND PROGRAM EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT, REPORTING, ETC. TO PROMOTE PRODUCTS SALES. DRIVE END-TO END TARGETED CAMPAIGNS AND INCREASE DEMAND FOR THE ITSM SUITE OF PRODUCTS. BUILD AND EXECUTE THE B2B DEMAND GENERATION STRATEGY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALES AND PRODUCT MARKETING AND OTHER INTERNAL TEAMS. UTILIZE FUNNEL ANALYTICS, PERFORMANCE DASHBOARDS AND MARKETING TOOLS AND PRINCIPLES TO IMPLEMENT AND MEASURE NEW SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND CAMPAIGNS. MANAGE MICRO AND MACRO SEGMENTATION TO DELIVER TARGETED AND RELEVANT MESSAGING TO IMPROVE ENGAGEMENT AND CONVERSION. COLLABORATE WITH DEMAND GENERATION EXPERTS AND PRODUCT MARKETING TO ENSURE PROPER MESSAGING, TIMING, AND EXECUTION OF ONE-OFF AND ALWAYS-ON MARKETING CAMPAIGNS ACROSS EMAIL, WEB PERSONALIZATION, ADVERTISING, AND CONTENT SYNDICATION. ANALYZE COMPANY'S PRODUCT OFFERINGS AND END-USER EXPERIENCES TO SUCCESSFULLY MARKET AND ENGAGE KEY TARGETS AND PERSONAS. EXPAND COMPANY'S DISTRIBUTION FOOTPRINT BEYOND OWNED CHANNELS SUCH AS BLOGS, EMAILS, AND SOCIAL THROUGH TESTING AND EXPERIMENTATION OF NET NEW PLATFORMS. EMPLOY ACCOUNT-BASED MARKETING STRATEGIES AND INDUSTRY LEADING ACCOUNT MARKETING TECHNOLOGY TO RUN MULTI-CHANNEL CAMPAIGNS TARGETING COMPANY'S LARGEST CUSTOMERS. MEASURE, ANALYZE, AND REPORT CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS DELIVER WEEKLY CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE BRIEFS TO MARKETING AND SALES LEADERSHIP IN A HIGHLY VISIBLE CAPACITY. LEVERAGE MARKETING AUTOMATION TOOLS AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATIONS TO INCREASE DEMAND.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
MASTER'S DEGREE IN MARKETING, BUSINESS OR A RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS TWO (2) YEARS AS MARKETING PROGRAM OR CAMPAIGN MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERPRISE B2B SOFTWARE, INCLUDING 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING AUTOMATION TOOLS AND CRM TOOLS.
ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS:
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MARKETING, BUSINESS OR A RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE AS MARKETING PROGRAM OR CAMPAIGN MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERPRISE B2B SOFTWARE, INCLUDING 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING AUTOMATION TOOLS AND CRM TOOLS.
