Responsibilities:


*Responsible for top of funnel and mid-funnel plans and goals across all channels (in collaboration with content team)

*Develop demand generation plan, including budget, goals, and channel KPIs

*Build campaigns, measure results and deliver MQLs to the business

*End-to-end campaign management, from ideation, testing, performance analysis and iteration

*Coordinate, develop a playbook and drive partner marketing opportunities

*Use data to inform our investments

*Partner with marketing colleagues to advise and create new landing page design and content, and measure impact on conversion

*Develop standard demand gen playbooks for each channel

*Develop pre and post event marketing including promotion, management, and performance analysis

*Develop attribution model for Broadly

*Develop and regularly maintain standard reporting for all channels (PPC, organic, impressions, traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, etc)

*Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions


Qualifications:


* Quick learner and adaptable

*Proven track record of MQL and SQL generation

*Strong understanding of key marketing tools: Pardot, Marketo, ad platforms (FB, IG, Google), Google Analytics

*Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics, create reports, and inform strategy

*Great communicator with presentation skills

*Experience in partner marketing is a plus

*Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

*Must have a high level of creativity and empathy for our customer base

*Occasional travel may be required (when safe)

*Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

*4-7 years of experience in marketing
