Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - REMOTE

We are looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This role is part of our Marketing Strategy team, a team passionate about seeing the opportunities through the lens of our customers. This role will collaborate with other divisions within marketing, sales, product, user experience and support to build strong strategies that push our business forward. Here are some exciting goals to tackle in this role!
You will become a specialist on the post-sale experience and architect a highly personalized engagement strategy across all customer touchpoints that sets the stage for customer success, retention and growth. You will build an understanding of our customer journey and identify a path to continuous improvement.
These efforts will lead you to be able to craft lifecycle programs to accelerate onboarding and increase customer adoption of the Meraki platform.
This is a new role within the organization!
What you'll do:
- Map out the existing post-sale customer journey and identify a path to improvement
- Develop onboarding, upsell, cross-sell and renewal strategies to increase overall customer lifetime value
- Define a personalized and connected digital customer journey across channels including email campaigns, community, newsletters, events and product messaging
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer using data and existing processes
- Identify the right offers for each audience to help customers get the most from their Meraki platform
- Drive the analysis, reporting, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, including measuring the impact on overall client lifetime value
- Clearly and expertly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Who you are
- You have 7+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record of building programs that optimize customer lifetime value
- Experience working in the IT, networking, security or mobility industry a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required
- When it is safe to do so, you are willing to travel up to 25% as needed
