We are hiring a talented Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to deliver marketing-generated pipeline growth and scale eCommerce. We're looking for a successful candidate that has in-depth knowledge of eCommerce marketing, digital channel and marketing concepts, platforms, tactics, and technologies. This person will be someone who has a successful track record of scaling businesses and overseeing end-to-end funnel. The role will be leading all our A/B testing efforts. In addition, the role will directly own conversion optimization tools like Drift, Adobe Test and Target, and Meeting Scheduler and work directly with sales to optimize end-to-end lead flow and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
· Drive incremental revenue through the multiple web properties by improving site conversion rate.
· Use data-driven insights to propose and design future tests.
· Develop Industrious website optimization strategy and oversee the process from start to finish, managing everything from ideation to execution, through to analysis & reporting
· Establish KPI’s and develop reporting using internal programs (such as Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
· Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), Chat Bot playbooks, e-commerce and lead-generation forms.
· Collaborate with teams responsible for SEM, email, social media and other inbound channels in order to optimize each conversion path.
· Develop keen understanding of our buyers and their digital journeys and enable vertically and contextually optimized and personalized experiences.
· Optimize lead capture tools like Chat Bots, Site Exit captures and Automatic Schedulers.
· Measure the effectiveness of testing efforts through close partnership with analytics and BI team.
· Contribute to website development with a highly technical approach around testing strategy.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience managing large scale testing and personalization initiatives.
* Very rich expertise and hands on experience with different testing and chat tools like Drift, Intercom, Omni Channel, Google Optimize, Adobe T&T and Intellimize.
* Expertise in executing and measuring performance of A/B/MV tests.
* Demonstrated experience running simultaneous personalized experiences.
* Measure weekly and monthly funnel fluctuations, conversion rates, visitor trends, etc., develop a set of standardized dashboards and reports in salesforce and GA.
* In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting.
* Solid experience in building audiences (contextual/behavioral/industry).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management.
* Strong project management experience, with often changing priorities and tight timelines.
* Analysis of quantitative data (web metrics, revenue reporting, etc.) and qualitative data (surveys, screen recordings, etc.) to develop insights about the user.
* Able to work successfully under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with proven ability to collaborate across functions.
* A strong communicator with executive level presentation skills.
* In-depth experience in marketing technology and analytics (Eg. Tableau, Marketo and Salesforce).
