We are looking for an experienced Content creator who always thinks customer-first. Bringing your experience with engagement strategies you will supplement adoption campaigns with assets such as short videos, quick guides, tips & tricks, etc. helping our customers connect with our products and really feel how our solutions can help solve their business needs.

This role is for professionals who have a proven record of excelling at the development of enticing visual, written, and audio content delivered through digital outreach. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about creating compelling assets - visually attractive, concise and straight to the point! You will work with multiple cross-functional teams, so the ability to gather, aggregate and prioritize data will certainly be helpful. You will work closely with the adoption strategist and CX writer to ensure we are capturing all the aspects that are relevant to our customers. An engineering background is a plus as it will help you to understand the processes we are explaining to our audience.

You will be critical to the success of Adoption Pod as the team grows and takes on new responsibilities, giving tons of new opportunities to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy and capture key messaging that needs to be included in customer adoption assets
  • Translate product features into the language of customer value
  • Together with CX writer deep dive into understanding audience pain points and finding the best form of answer (visual, written, etc.)
  • Bring in innovations to drive the highest levels of engagement, don't be afraid to try and learn
  • Monitor and improve content performance using channel analytics
  • Stay on the cutting edge of trends and new software, and expand your knowledge of the Siemens portfolio.

  • You stay abreast of the latest thought, trends, and techniques in your area of expertise
  • You have 3+ years of experience in content creation
  • Ideally, you have engineering background
  • You have experience with video capture (Camtasia) and editing. You are proficient with tools and applications for content creation
  • You have a customer-centric approach and a love of standing at the intersection of technology and marketing
  • You know how to prioritize and organize your work with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency
  • You pay attention to detail
  • You demonstrate effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, engineering or related Content projects samples will be requested.
