Position Purpose: Develop and create company written documents and communications and assist in the maintenance of an overarching marketing & communications practice.

• Collaborate with business partners as part of a multi-discipline communications team to develop messages for our employees
• Serve as a liaison between team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging and timing
• Manage the internal communications editorial calendar to support our culture, align with our brand, and engage, inspire, inform and promote dialogue among our employees (an "internal reporter" mindset)
• Drive content planning and implement an editorial strategy for our organization's intranet and other internal communication channels
• Brainstorm, plan, and develop employee engagement activities and functions
• Assist with external communications tactics, such as press releases, social media posts, editorial campaigns, and philanthropic events
• Support the communication measurement process to improve messages and influence planning and scheduling

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of related experience. Extremely proficient writing, editing and proofreading skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions on matters of moderate complexity with minimal guidance. Generate ideas and solve problems with positive attitude
