IQVIA Technologies is seeking a proven B2B Marketer to drive global acquisition campaigns to fuel IQVIA's rapid growth. In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing new logo acquisition and customer cross-sell/ up-sell campaigns and will be the central point for driving campaigns globally. As part of a growing Global Demand Generation & Campaigns team, you will be the lead who brings all relevant stakeholders together to bring global campaigns to market. This role requires a unique blend of strategic and executional skills, fueled by a deep analytic and metrics driven approach to marketing optimization. You will partner with the Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Digital, Social Media teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive demand for IQVIA's suite of products and execute globally in collaboration with BDRs and Sales. This role reports to the Associate Director Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own your portfolio growth and acquisition strategy and develop the annual/monthly/quarterly campaigns plan.
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end integrated multi-channel demand generation campaign to drive more pipeline and revenue through new logo acquisition and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Working across the organization, build integrated campaigns from strategy and goals setting to theme conceptualization, content procurement, definition of tactics and channels, and managing scheduling and execution logistics.
  • Apply modern marketing approaches and be bold and creative in planning and executing campaigns, leveraging many of the tactics at your disposal, e.g. paid media, social, webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, events, ABM strategy.
  • Gather the necessary teams together and lead integrated campaign kickoffs and post-mortem meetings. Help create alignment on high-level themes, goals, roles & responsibilities, targeting, budgeting, scheduling milestones, and promotion channels.
  • Manage the campaign budget, allocating spend for creative, media, and production and ensuring each campaign delivers a strong ROI. You work test placements and content mix to optimize results in flight.
  • Work effectively across different teams to seamlessly bring campaigns to market.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to help convert marketing qualified leads to opportunities and pipeline.
  • Build email nurtures and outreach sequences. Run reports on campaign performance using Salesforce. Apply your analytical skills and use data to identify trends/insights to optimize performance.
  • Provide close loop feedback to stakeholders and work together to optimize campaign performance. Own the prospect database and continue to build, enrich, and engage the contacts through activities such as content syndication, IQVIA hosted webinars, 3rd party webinars, etc.
  • Manage campaign calendar. Oversee scheduling of email campaigns, webinars, events, customer announcements, etc.
  • Develop testing strategy for email, with focus on subject lines, copy, CTA's, creative to improve open-rates, click-throughs, and conversions.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Marketing experience with experience in B2B
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience (i.e., growth marketing, campaign management, media buying, lead/pipeline generation and/or similar) Data driven
  • Salesforce experience (i.e., creating reports, analyzing and optimizing data or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing / contributing to successful go-to-market strategy and aligned cross-functional planning
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Enterprise software / SaaS - Life sciences industry experience
    • Detail oriented, strong communications and project management skills including managing stakeholders and third-party marketing agencies
    • Experience in driving global multi-touch integrated campaigns
    • Possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with ability to write compelling marketing copy
    • Strong track record of delivering against marketing goals
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo)
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
