 The Role

As a Senior Campaign Manager [TruckShield], you will primarily develop and run our company’s TruckShield account acquisition programs. In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert target accounts into customers in partnership with sales. This is a unique audience segmentation that uses a hybrid approach of both demand generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) and will require creativity across SMB and Enterprise accounts. You will work in tight alignment with sales, product marketing, product management and other stakeholders to drive revenue across the entire organization. To experience success in the role you will need to be able to thrive in a fast growing, ever changing environment, have a high drive for results, have an ability to operate independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Duties include, but may not be limited to:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting budget and deadline requirements
  • Create, execute, monitor, and report on marketing plans and strategies
  • Use data to target specific customer segments, analyze campaign performance, and drive revenue
  • Write high performing marketing copy (including, but not limited to, email, digital ads, collateral) and direct the development of on-brand and memorable creative assets
  • Have a strong understanding of both Demand Gen for SMB and ABM for Enterprise accounts
  • Experience building channel marketing programs and executing on multiple levels
  • Ability to work cross functionally with rest of marketing department to initiate and launch campaigns in a timely manner

 Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in designing and running B2B marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and project management skills
  • A solid understanding of demand generation methods and best practices
  • Experience implementing ABM campaigns for targeted Enterprise accounts
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Demonstrate a can-do-attitude to challenge the status quo and influence improvement
  • Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including executives, key target clients, channel partners, and all fellow Overhaul team members
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook
