About the Role:
This role is responsible for ensuring the Epicor brand is represented well across internal and external touchpoints. The brand coordinator acts as a partner to key stakeholders in the organization to facilitate brand activation, with a focus on brand management of multiple initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR), and social media. You will conduct research, pitch creative ideas, develop policies, document, and socialize project plans, analyze and report on data, and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders within and outside the organization. This role reports to the Director of Global Brand.
What You'll Do:
  • Understand and create systems to ensure brand standards and brand safety
  • Manage social media contactor and ensure social media strategy supports brand objectives
  • Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate brand adoption
  • Conduct brand review and ensure compliance across internal and external channels
  • Present brand principles to internal teams and external partners
  • Teach and take others on the journey through change and evolution of brand
  • Work with M&A teams to develop a brand roadmap for acquired brands

What You Need to Succeed:
  • 4+ years of communications or marketing at a global brand
  • 3+ years of brand strategy experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Ability to propose and implement innovative ideas
  • Proven project management experience with a cross functional team
  • Impeccable written communication skills and ability present
