The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the Workrise Marketing Team. You’ll be joining a group of exceptional marketing professionals — based in Austin and nationwide — who bring together a diverse set of experience from start-ups to marquee brands such as Facebook, Amazon and Indeed. We drive all components of marketing for the company — brand, client and worker acquisition, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, public relations, and communications.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The Senior Brand Marketing Manager we seek will be responsible for driving measurable awareness campaigns and ensuring our brand is fully integrated across the customer journey. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can flex between strategy and program management and loves building relationships while connecting the dots across teams. We need an organized team player, excellent communicator and adept project manager to lead the brand campaigns and programs that help our company achieve its goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities to integrate brand pillars into our customer journey across teams and departments.
- Driving awareness campaign briefs, guide creative development, media buying, and production.
- Managing relationships with creative and media agencies to produce breakthrough awareness campaigns.
- Executing unique and unexpected brand activations, partnerships, and sponsorships to reinforce our brand pillars.
- Stewarding brand health measurement and reporting to inform company strategy.
- Supporting measurement and optimization of ROI on brand spend; balancing short-term sales goals with longer-term awareness and perceptions targets.
- Advocating for a customer-centered brand experience along the entire customer journey.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing or similar; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience translating brand health insights into actionable campaigns, programs, and strategies.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy to actionable and measurable marketing tactics.
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C brand planning and execution, across a variety of communication tactics.
- Experience in the development and execution of experiential activations, partnerships, and sponsorship programs.
- Ability to optimize campaign performance through analytics, testing, and experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop simple and compelling briefs that inspire creative teams to develop effective breakthrough campaigns.
- Understanding of the media landscape and roles each channel plays in effectively engaging an audience.
- Proven success leading complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker and problem solver: you thrive on a juicy challenge.
