Essential Job Function
Process and Material Management Supports the marketing execution lifecycle by performing the first line of defense review and final retention of marketing materials in accordances to documented guidelines, process, and procedures. Accountable to meet service level agreements and independently adjusts priorities to meet tight and evolving deadlines. Serves as the primary contact for questions or inquiries regarding supported marketing materials, including marketing content standards or requirements, status or reviews and any issue investigation and/or resolution. Indirectly leads and educates peers and cross functional partners with subject matter knowledge and understanding of the role.
Problem Solving: Leverages peers, leaders, and team resources to effectively assess the quality of marketing materials. Delivers clear direction of modifications needed to bring materials to a final, consumer-ready state. Proactively identifies and works to implement improvement and efficiency opportunities within current processes and procedures. Experienced in demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking.
Quality Assurance and Performance: Ensures accurate review of marketing materials deployed and consistently meets team performance metrics. Performs team oversight activities and shares findings or opportunities identified with the immediate team. Uses strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive adherence to provided guidance. Results-oriented, incorporates audit and monitoring opportunities, new or modified marketing guidelines and process improvement into daily functions and helps to drive consistency across the team.
Relationship Management: Uses business perspective and knowledge of the organization’s key initiatives and processes to build and maintain cross-functional relationships for successful collaboration and execution. Directly assists with the training and onboarding of new associates. Drives action in building a high-performing and positive team atmosphere. Actively participates in, often leading, meetings with both internal and external partners to build trust and rapport.

Direct Reports: 0
Two or more years’ experience (may include some classroom work) in Financial Services Industry, Operations, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution;
Understanding of Agile development methodologies; end-to-end product delivery; Foundation of product management/marketing management, at various levels
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management or equivalent
Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams to execute daily work.
Other knowledge or experience working with Salesforce, Workfront, Archer, or Adobe
