The Senior Analyst, Global Marketing Events is responsible for planning, development and successful implementation of live and virtual tradeshows and events. This position is part of the Global Marketing organization and 100% remote! We are looking for a self-starter who wants to partner with the Senior Manager, Marketing to build a best-in-class tradeshow program that delivers consistently excellent results for the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Demonstrate your project management and communication skills by leading the planning, execution, and measurement of global tradeshows and events. The Senior Analyst, Tradeshows and Events will work with cross-functional marketing teams throughout the tradeshow and event planning process.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Marketing in updating the annual Global Tradeshow strategy and global event calendar.
  • Provide standard work, consultation, and overall tradeshow and events support to global and regional marketing colleagues.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure high-quality tradeshow and events deliverables are produced within event timelines.
  • Measure the ongoing success of tradeshow and event planning program. Conduct regular feedback sessions with teammates. Support the Senior Manager, Marketing in identifying tools for lead collection and training booth/events staff for on-site lead collection.
  • Track tradeshow/event budgets and expenses.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • 5+ years' experience coordinating tradeshows and events in a corporate environment
  • Ability to travel globally. 25-35% travel


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional and multiple-regional team members.
  • Communicating effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Working with limited supervision. Must be self-directed to achieve program goals.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of managing tradeshows and events within a virtual environment.
