We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers.
This is our Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
The Semrush Affiliate Program acquires new users/customers to Semrush via reputable publisher partnerships with a focus on strategic B2B relationships, as well as high potential review sites, bloggers, companies, educators, etc. The teams' primary goal is growth.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Affiliate Manager to source high-potential partnerships and develop solid and ongoing relationships with our top affiliates, supporting our channel and business in achieving high growth.
Tasks in the role

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted recruitment campaigns focused on large-scale, high potential partnerships.
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy and work to integrate and align partner activities with it.
  • Source out-of-box partnership opportunities to further develop Semrush's presence and attract new publishers into the in-house affiliate program.
  • Develop and nurture relations with existing top partners in order to establish solid relationships, maximize the effectiveness of their marketing channels, and develop new approaches to improve their performance.
  • Attend and optimize opportunities at in-person industry events and conferences to source new partnerships and nurture existing.
  • Confidently work with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning your work and analyzing its outcomes.
  • Be able to demonstrate and justify the results of your work, continuously develop your approach based on feedback and results of past experiments.
  • Work in a dynamic, flexible environment and be able to shift focus and re-prioritise tasks in order to meet new challenges.
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).

  • A diverse background in digital marketing including influencer and affiliate marketing, B2B partnerships and paid customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projects.
  • Experience managing return on investment objectives including the ability to create forecasts and manage budgets.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.
