The Challenge
This position is responsible for creating incredible experiences for our most important customers and prospects to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue for the Americas.
This marketer will create a center of excellence for Americas account-based marketing, developing strategies to deliver personalized experiences to target customers and prospects, creating and refining processes to allow for scaling and self-service, and serving as the ABM technology guru for the team.

The Expectation for Success
- Own the overall strategic vision and execution of account-based marketing plans that will create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth for the Americas
- Ability to understand, evaluate and optimize marketing technology solutions to enable the greatest success for our ABM programs
- Partner with regional field marketing managers to direct account-level growth plans for priority accounts, working to define strategy, milestones, roles and responsibilities, and drive accountability to attain goals
- Work cross-functionally with regional, product, growth and digital marketing counterparts to develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that support multiple products and industries
- Create playbook of ABM motions to enable scalability for top accounts; define and refine processes to improve efficiency
- Work with Marketing and Sales Ops teams to measure program impact through Salesforce and Tableau reporting; evaluate ROI of campaigns and present recommendations for improvement
- Use data to identify new opportunities to propel marketing and sales performance
- Organize and manage projects in shared project management platform and import details and analytics for all ABM motions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- 7-11 years previous experience defining account-based marketing strategies and execution plans aligned to B2B products and verticals
- Experience with a wide variety of modern marketing platforms and tools, such as marketing automation platforms, CRMs, account experience platforms, CMSs, analytics/business intelligence tools, etc.
- Results-oriented and data driven with a focus on driving impact and attaining marketing goals
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teams
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
- Innovative; able to bring new ideas and provide fresh perspectives on current processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Excellent presentation and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Wordpress, Asana, Tableau, Qualtrics and other marketing tools
